Being Sri Lanka’s commercial capital doesn’t mean that Colombo is full of concrete pavements and the buzzling noise of the metro.
Colombo, being Sri Lanka’s coastal city in the west, has a strategic location, not only for profit trading but also for an abundant tourism. Beaches lining this side of the country truly offer the best hospitality, with their five-star hotels, colonial-themed guesthouses and astounding snorkelling areas.
Moreover, being under the British, Dutch and Portugese colonizers during the course of its history, in addition to being a coastal capital, Colombo is accustomed and has mastered handling different cultures and religions. Its tactical seaside position has also opened Colombo to different kinds of people, ready to accept every kind of influence and technological innovation, without forgetting the authentic Sri Lankan traditions and customs.
Who wouldn’t love the ideal set-up of living in a place, close to all the conveniences of the city, but is also just minutes away from relaxing beaches, in case you need to unwind? Who wouldn’t love to live in a place that has an open mind set about different races and cultures? And who wouldn’t love to live in a city that is embracing change and modernism, while still preserving their traditions?
We recognize this power of Colombo and so we choose this city for our latest project.
